INGREDIENTS:
ptitim 190 g
chicken fillet 200 g
carrot 100 g
bulb onions 80 g
tomato paste 2 tbsp
olive oil 3 tbsp
parsley taste
pepper mix taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
I cut the carrots into strips and the onion into small cubes. You can adjust the degree of slicing yourself, but I like it when vegetables are felt in the dish. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in olive oil. In the process of frying, add onions and carrots. Fry everything together for about 5-7 minutes.
We add spices to taste, I have salt and a mixture of peppers. Dilute the tomato paste in 150 ml of water and pour into the pan. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ptitim, mix and pour in 2 glasses of water (capacity 200 ml). Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 20 minutes, periodically open the lid and stir.
Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs. Delicious dinners for everyone!
