INGREDIENTS:
flour 550 g
milk 250 ml
butter 160 g
sugar 1 tbsp.
salt ½ ч.л.
dry yeast 9 g
eggs (for lubrication) 1 pc.
cottage cheese 300 g
sugar 2 tbsp.
salt ½ ч.л.
vanillin taste
PREPARATION:
In warm milk, add sugar, yeast, salt, melted sl. mix the butter, add the gradually sifted flour, knead the dough. The dough should be soft, not clogged with flour, but not sticky to your hands. Immediately roll out into a tourniquet and cut into identical pieces, we form each piece into a ball.
Roll out the ball, put a spoonful of filling in the middle, I have cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla, form a pie.
We put it on a greased baking sheet and grease the pies on top with an egg with the addition of a spoonful of milk or just yolk. We send to a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, bake over medium heat.
The pies turn out to be insanely tasty, the dough seems to exfoliate! This is the option when there is little dough and a lot of filling! Bon Appetit!
