INGREDIENTS:
smoked chicken breast 300 g
cabbage 300 g
pears 1 pc.
walnuts 50 g
vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
mustard 2 tsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Chop Chinese cabbage, pear and smoked chicken.
Prepare the dressing: mix the mustard, vegetable oil and pepper.
Mix all the chopped salad ingredients with the dressing.
