INGREDIENTS:
tomato 1 pc.
processed cheese 1 pc.
garlic 1-2 cloves
mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
greens 1 tbsp.
salt 1 pinch
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the tomato, cut it into rings.
Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater. Add garlic squeezed through a press, mayonnaise, herbs (I use frozen dill in winter), mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the tomatoes on a plate and spread out the cheese and garlic sauce. Serve immediately.
Tomato appetizer with melted cheese and garlic is ready. Bon Appetit everyone!
