If desired, such a cake can remain a lean pastry, but I decided to show you a festive version of a super chocolate wet cake that my loved ones love very much.

INGREDIENTS:
flour 1.5 cups
sugar 200 g
water 200 ml
vegetable oil 50 ml
cocoa 4 tablespoons
vinegar 1 tbsp.
instant coffee 1 tsp
soda 1 tsp
vanillin 3 years
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
We mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, salt, vanillin.
In another container: mix water, vegetable oil, coffee, sugar.
Then we mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
We send the cake to bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
If desired, the cake can be cut into several pieces and greased with any cream and covered with chocolate icing.
