INGREDIENTS:
young potatoes 800 g
butter 50 g
bulb onions 1 pc.
garlic 3 cloves
vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
dill 1 beam
sugar 1 pinch
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Peel and wash potatoes. Cover with water and cook. When the potatoes boil, season with salt to taste.
Chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan with vegetable and butter. Fry the onion and garlic, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Fry until golden brown.
Chop the dill.
Drain the water from the finished potatoes and add the fried dill. Mix everything well. Young potatoes are ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
