And so, first of all, let's take a zucchini. Peel the zucchini. If you have homemade young zucchini, then you do not need to peel them.
If the zucchini is not young, remove the seeds.
We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. Then add salt. I advise you to add salt right now so that the zucchini will release excess liquid. Leave for 2 minutes, but for now, rub the cheese.
Then we squeeze the zucchini well from the liquid. Add pepper, flour, egg, cheese, baking powder to them, chop the garlic. You don't need to add baking powder, but it makes the pancakes fluffy and soft. Garlic can be substituted for garlic powder. Mix everything well.
Fry in well-heated vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot pancakes with sour cream.
