You should start with the pumpkin syrup, as this should cool down after preparation.
Ingredients syrup
250 ml of water, 200 g of sugar, 1 tl cinnamon, 1/2 tl ground cloves, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 50 g of pumpkin puree
Preparation syrup
Heat the water and the sugar in a small saucepan at medium temperature and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Then add the pumpkin puree and spices and let it simmer for about 5 minutes so that the syrup becomes slightly viscous.
Let the syrup cool and sift through so that no larger pieces of spices and pumpkin are contained.
Now we come to the actual preparation of the pumpkin spice latte.
Ingredients for pumpkin spice latte
1 espresso, 30 g syrup, 250 ml of foamed milk, spray cream (if necessary), cinnamon powder
Preparation of pumpkin-spice latte
Break the espresso as normal.
Foam the milk or just heat up.
Put the milk in a large cup filled with the espresso and add the syrup.
Mix everything well, apply spray cream with as a hood if desired and refine with cinnamon.
