Acne affects a wide variety of people. Not only does it look unsightly, but it can also be painful. Those affected often suffer greatly. That’s why we have collected natural remedies for acne treatment.

1) Lavender oil for acne

Lavender oil not only soothes the senses but also your skin immensely. For severe acne, you can mix 5 drops of the fragrant oil with 2 tablespoons of almond oil. You should then dab this tincture onto your blemished skin twice a day. You can also find out which other oils have a positive effect on acne.

2) Burdock root helps against acne

If you don’t know how to get rid of your annoying acne, you should try burdock root. You should use the broth of the roots as a compress. Alternatively, you can use lemon juice to combat blemishes. To do this, dab the individual pimples with the juice that you previously applied to a cotton swab.

3) Garlic provides relief from acne

While not known for its pleasant smell, using garlic can do something to help clear your skin and fight your acne. Cut open a clove of garlic with a kitchen knife and then use it to moisten the problem areas on your face.

4) Fight acne with arnica flowers

If you suffer from severely impure skin, you should try using arnica in the form of a tincture. To do this, soak 100 g of arnica flowers in half a liter of 70% alcohol for about 10 days and then filter the liquid into a dark bottle or tetrapak. Add the same amount of water and drip the tincture onto compresses. In order for the tincture to be fully effective, you should apply the compress to your face four times a day for around 10 minutes.

5) Pure skin with healing clay

If you suffer from acne, you should use a mask made of healing clay to effectively combat your impure skin. To do this, mix the healing clay with water until a viscous paste is formed. It is enough if you apply the mask about 1-2 mm thick to the affected areas. To get the full effect, you should leave the mask on for about 25 minutes and then remove it with lukewarm water.
