– 300 g Gouda cheese,
– sprats in oil (1 can, 150 g),
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
– Black pepper, ground.

– Drain the oil from sprats.

– Cut the sprats into pieces (approx. 2 cm long).
– Mix Chinese cabbage, cheese, and sprats.
– Add mayonnaise.
