If it is the body’s own terms, through the use of one’s own urine, the wound disinfection is harmless.

The internal use of one’s own urine as a natural remedy is not recommended, since there are no studies that can prove its effectiveness. There is at most a placebo effect here. While drinking your own urine poses few health risks, it also has no proven benefits. If you are taking medication and have an existing illness, you should generally avoid drinking the metabolized waste products.

The fact that there are still many traditional therapies with one’s own urine as a natural remedy in the Indian-Asian region, as well as the use of urine in the preparation of certain dishes, seems rather strange to the enlightened Central European.
