Appetizer of lavash and crab sticks

A very tasty and easy-to-prepare puff hot appetizer made from pita bread, melted cheese and crab sticks with garlic and dill. Good for breakfast or dinner.)

Ingredients

  1. We take a package (200 g) of any processed cheese. We rub the amount of garlic acceptable for you on a fine grater.
  2. We mix the garlic into the melted cheese right in the box.
  3. Finely chop a whole 200-gram package of crab sticks.
  4. A bunch of dill is also finely chopped (I first plucked it from the stems).
  5. We take pita bread (I had a long one), divide it into 4 equal parts.
  6. We take one part of the pita bread, put it with the more fried side up (we will fry the less fried one).
  7. We take a third of the cheese with garlic and spread the first part of the pita bread, leaving a centimeter unspread on each side.
  8. We take a third of the chopped crab sticks and a third of the dill, pour on top of the smeared cheese.
  9. Cover with a second piece of pita bread.
  10. And we press (for this we left a centimeter from all sides, so that when pressed, the filling does not come out).
  11. We repeat the procedure two more times: we spread the second third of the cheese, sprinkle the second third of the crab sticks and dill, cover with the third sheet of pita bread, spread the last third, sprinkle and cover with the last sheet so that the less roasted side is outside.
  12. Break two eggs into a bowl.
  13. We also put a tablespoon of flour there and beat with a fork until smooth.
  14. We cut the resulting briquette into squares.
  15. Dip each square into the egg mixture.
  16. And fry in any oil you like on both sides until golden brown.
