Instead of boring sandwiches, I propose to cook such an appetizer of grilled pork.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic, and oregano. Put the pork fillet in this marinade, fasten the bag and shake well, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, combine cucumber, yogurt, salt, dill and remaining garlic, cover and refrigerate until serving.
  3. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil, and turn on the grill to preheat to medium temperature. Remove the meat from the marinade and put it on the grill grate, cook uncovered for about 5 minutes, turning once, then close the grill with a lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes (meat thermometer should show a temperature of 80 degrees). Transfer the cooked meat to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. While the meat is resting, you need to wrap the tortillas or pita bread in foil and put on the grill for 2-3 minutes, turning once. Cut the fillet into thin strips and put in the middle of the tortillas (lavash), put 3 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of green onions, wrap the edges up and the pork appetizer can be served on the table.
