Appetizer on crackers, with cheese and sausages

A simple appetizer with cheese and sausages, ketchup, mustard and pickles. Preparing a snack on crackers.

Ingredients

• Crackers square, salted - 20 pcs.
• Cheese, thin slices - 5 slices
• Sausages - 2 pcs.
• Pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
• Ketchup - to taste
• Mustard - to taste

Directions

1. Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Cut each slice of cheese into 4 squares. Finely chop the cucumber.
2. Spread cheese on crackers. Put mustard and ketchup on top, as well as a little chopped cucumber.
3. Cut the sausages into thick circles and put on top of the cucumber.
4. Place the snack on crackers, with cheese and sausages, in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cook a simple snack on crackers for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
