In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, 1.5 tablespoons olive oil, cumin, salt, and ground black pepper and beat with a fork. Put tomatoes, onion, cilantro and avocado into this dressing, mix gently.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in 3/4 teaspoon of oil, top with 1 tortilla, fry for about 1 minute on each side. Fry the remaining cakes in the remaining oil.
Assemble a chicken snack. Place one tortilla on each of the four serving plates. Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup salsa, and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Serve the chicken appetizer immediately.
