Recipe for a hot appetizer with camembert cheese, nuts and blueberry sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the cheese dressing. Pour into a bowl 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Add sugar and pepper mixture.
  2. Finely crush the nuts with a knife and send to the gas station.
  3. Finely chop the peeled ginger. Squeeze the juice from the ginger into the dressing using a garlic press. Leave for 5 minutes for all flavors to blend.
  4. We cut the cheese into rectangles that can easily fit into a tartlet, but do not occupy the entire volume, since the cheese will melt well.
  5. Place the tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. And put the pieces of cheese in the tartlets.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of dressing to each tartlet. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts. But we will put the tartlets in the oven when the blueberry sauce is ready.
  7. We send all the ingredients for the sauce to a saucepan. Lightly crush the blueberries with a mortar, but not mashed.
  8. We put on fire and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  9. From the prepared blueberry sauce, we take out the bay leaf and rosemary. Cool down.
  10. The cheese in the tartlets has already melted.
  11. Spread the blueberry sauce on top.
  12. Appetizer with hot Camembert cheese and blueberry sauce is ready. Can be served both warm and cold.
