Asparagus baked with goat cheese

Soufflé with asparagus is prepared in separate molds and served directly in them.

Ingredients

  1. Lubricate with vegetable oil 4 small heat-resistant molds or one large one, with a diameter of 22 cm.
  2. Put the asparagus in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Put the asparagus in prepared molds and put in the oven, turn it on and set the temperature to 210 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile, chop shallots and garlic in a food processor until very fine. Then add goat cheese and pulse until a smooth, creamy mass is formed. Add eggs and whites to this mass, mix well. Salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the cheese mass over the asparagus in molds and put in the oven, bake for about 15 minutes, until the top is golden.
  5. If desired, you can decorate the baked asparagus with individual pieces of fried asparagus.
