A great appetizer that will brighten up any table! Appetizing mushrooms are baked with stuffing of minced meat fried with onions and garlic, with cream added to the filling. Stuffed champignons are especially juicy and tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We wash the mushrooms or wipe them with a damp kitchen towel, refresh the cuts on the legs.
  2. Separate the legs from the hats. Sprinkle mushroom caps lightly with salt.
  3. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
  4. We clean the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes, chop the garlic.
  5. Heat 20 g of butter in a frying pan. Saute the onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, until soft.
  6. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry, breaking up lumps, for 8-10 minutes, until the minced meat is ready.
  7. We spread the legs of mushrooms to the fried minced meat with onions. Add another 20 g of butter, crushed bread crumbs or breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
  8. Pour in 50 ml of water and, stirring, prepare the filling for 5 minutes.
  9. We shift the filling into a separate container, let it cool slightly.
  10. Then pour in the cream.
  11. Mix meat filling with cream.
  12. Melt the remaining butter (over low heat or in the microwave).
  13. Dip each mushroom cap into melted butter.
  14. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  15. Stuff the mushrooms with stuffing and put on a baking sheet. If desired (for lovers of spicy dishes), sprinkle with ground chili pepper on top.
  16. We put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 200-220 degrees. Bake stuffed mushrooms for 20-25 minutes.
  17. Mushrooms baked with minced meat are ready. Sprinkle mushrooms with chopped herbs and serve.
  18. Bon appetit!
