Baked Potato Sauce

This simple yoghurt sauce goes well with baked potatoes. It will become a real decoration for both a festive table and dinner with your family.

Ingredients

• green onions - 1 bunch
• ground paprika
• 250 g natural yoghurt
• radish
• mayonnaise
• salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Rinse the radishes, dry them, cut off the tails and chop finely. Chop the onion. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. If possible, chill before serving.
