Stuffed potatoes are a great option for a festive table or just for lunch or dinner. An easy-to-prepare and delicious recipe for baked potatoes will not only fill you up well, but also cheer you up. After all, healthy, tasty and aesthetically beautifully decorated food always makes the day and evening more pleasant.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For this dish, it is best to take medium or large potatoes, so that it is more convenient to make the desired shape from it (for example, boats), and also so that the filling does not fall out.
  2. Wash large potato tubers thoroughly under running water (you can use a new dishwashing sponge). Lubricate the potatoes with vegetable oil - so it does not dry out and turn out ruddy.
  3. Wrap tubers in foil. We bake potato tubers in foil in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the filling. Remove the peel from the cucumbers and cut into small cubes. If the skin of the cucumber is not bitter, you can cut the unpeeled cucumber!
  5. Grate hard cheese coarsely on a culinary grater.
  6. We form the filling: we combine slices of cucumbers with peeled shrimp, add mayonnaise and sour cream. Add grated cheese to the filling (leave a little cheese for sprinkling potatoes).
  7. Using a teaspoon, we take out the potato crumb from the finished potato to get a shape - boats with walls. Potato boats must be salted from the inside to taste.
  8. We mix the potato crumb with the prepared filling, mix thoroughly and stuff the potatoes with the resulting filling.
  9. Sprinkle the filling with the remaining grated cheese.
  10. Put the stuffed potato tubers in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
