  1. Peel the garlic, grind the coriander in a mill.
  2. Pour lemon juice into olive oil, add salt, coriander, black pepper and garlic, passed through a press.
  3. Wash the parsley, drain, cut off the stems. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  4. Add parsley to butter mixture, mix well.
  5. Wash pumpkin thoroughly, cut, remove seeds. The skin may not be cut off.
  6. Cut pumpkin into 8 pieces.
  7. Line a baking dish with foil. Put the pumpkin slices in a mold, grease with an oil mixture. Cover the form with a pumpkin foil and place in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
  8. Roast until pumpkin is tender, 35-45 minutes. Baking time depends on the type of pumpkin and the thickness of the slices. Check the readiness of the pumpkin with a sharp knife. At the end of baking, remove the foil and turn on the "Grill" mode for 5-7 minutes.
