Baked zucchini with minced meat, carrots and cheese

Stuff the zucchini rings with minced turkey (or any meat), carrots, onions and herbs, brush with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven. After a while, you will get a wonderful result: juicy zucchini, inside - a fragrant filling, and on top - a delicious cheese crust. Try it!

  2. I have prepared minced turkey, but you can take any meat.
  3. It is desirable to take zucchini of the same size and shape.
  4. We clean the onions and carrots, wash them.
  5. We wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into slices about 2.5 cm thick. If the zucchini is young, then the peel can not be peeled.
  6. Cut out the middle of each circle of zucchini, leaving the edge about 1 cm wide.
  7. We rub the onion on a coarse grater (or chop in a blender). Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
  8. We clean the garlic and pass it through a press.
  9. Wash the dill, shake and finely chop.
  10. Add onions, carrots and dill to the minced meat.
  11. There is also garlic, salt and ground pepper.
  12. Mix everything well until smooth.
  13. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  14. We cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil and lay out the zucchini rings.
  15. We fill each ringlet with stuffing (I got 17 pcs.).
  16. Grate hard cheese on a large or medium grater.
  17. Spread mayonnaise on top of the filling for each zucchini (to taste).
  18. Top each slice with grated cheese.
  19. We put a baking sheet with zucchini in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  20. Ready baked zucchini with minced meat, carrots and cheese let cool slightly. We put it on a plate and serve it to the table.
