Beef fajitas and guacamole

This Spanish appetizer is made with grilled beef steak and guacamole.

Ingredients

  1. Prepare guacamole. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into pieces. Place avocado pulp in a bowl, drizzle with lime juice and mash with a fork until smooth.
  2. Add the onion, chili sauce, tomatoes and cilantro to the avocado and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Rub the steaks with garlic, sprinkle on all sides with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil. Heat a large skillet over high heat.
  4. Place the steaks in the preheated pan and fry for about 1-3 minutes on each side (until desired doneness). Transfer the steaks to a cutting board, cover with foil.
  5. Heat the tortillas in a pan.
  6. Cut meat into strips and arrange on tortillas. Place one tablespoon of guacamole and sour cream on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas into rolls and serve immediately.
