On cool days, you want to keep warm. You can throw on a warm blanket, you can drink hot tea. And you can cook something "with a twinkle" to make the blood run faster

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the beef into thin strips. Peel the bell peppers from seeds and partitions and cut into the same strips as the meat. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons in a large wok or skillet over high heat. l. vegetable oil and fry the beef, 5 minutes. Add pepper and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, sriracha sauce (the amount of sauce depends on the flavor you want), soy sauce and sesame oil, and pour into the wok. Bring the contents of the skillet to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix starch and 2 tbsp. l. cold water and pour into a wok, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, until thick. Serve the beef with rice or noodles.
