Beetroot chips are a delicious and healthy answer to store-bought snacks. Beetroot chips will surprise you with their rich sweet-salty taste.

  1. We prepare the necessary products. During the preparation process, you will need parchment paper.
  2. We clean the beets and cut into thin circles 2 mm thick. Try to cut so that all the slices are the same thickness.
  3. Put the beetroot slices in a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Stir so that the oil is evenly distributed over the beetroot slices on both sides.
  4. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the beetroot slices on the parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. We send it to the oven, turn on the heat at 130 degrees. Dry the chips for 30-35 minutes.
  6. After a while, the circles of beets should decrease by 1.5-2 times.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, turn the slices over and send them back to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle dried chips with salt and ground pepper. Let cool completely.
  9. (I made two baking sheets of chips from the indicated amount of beets.)
  10. Beetroot chips are ready.
