  3. Boil lightly salted water and dip the shrimp into it for a couple of minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp, set aside. Then we clean, removing them from the shell. Please note that the shrimp tail should remain.
  5. For batter, combine egg, milk, nutmeg, salt and flour.
  6. We mix. The batter batter should be similar to pancake batter and should not be too runny.
  7. In a frying pan, heat up a sufficient amount of vegetable oil (the amount of oil depends on the diameter of the pan).
  8. Dip each shrimp by the tail in the batter.
  9. Then transfer to a heated pan with oil.
  10. Fry on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Serve the shrimp to the table.
  12. We recommend serving with lemon wedges.
