A very appetizing hot appetizer of mushrooms baked with chicken and cheese. You can easily cook stuffed champignons for guests.

  1. Wash the mushrooms, remove all dirt (if necessary, clean the caps with a brush).
  2. Separate the legs from the caps, fully open the mushrooms.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet as small as possible.
  4. Finely chop the mushroom legs.
  5. Onion cut into small cubes.
  6. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour the chopped chicken fillet, fry for 4 minutes, and then add the chopped mushroom legs to the chicken. Salt, pepper and cook until the liquid that the mushrooms release has evaporated.
  8. Add onions to mushrooms with chicken, cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Place the mushroom caps on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the caps with salt and pepper.
  10. Fill the caps with the prepared stuffing. Drizzle with olive oil.
  11. Sprinkle the hats with cheese and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve immediately as a hot appetizer.
