Braised pumpkin in sour cream with garlic

Braised pumpkin in sour cream with garlic is an original dish with a spicy spicy taste. The dish can be served as a side dish or snack, both warm and cold.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the parsley, remove the stems. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  2. Peel the garlic.
  3. Combine sour cream, chopped parsley and garlic, passed through a press. Salt and pepper.
  4. Mix.
  5. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  6. Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.
  7. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin.
  8. Add sour cream sauce.
  9. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the pumpkin is soft, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pumpkin should become soft, i.e. easy to pierce with a knife, but not fall apart.
  10. Arrange the finished pumpkin, stewed in sour cream with garlic, on plates, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.

  10. Arrange the finished pumpkin, stewed in sour cream with garlic, on plates, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
