A delicious idea for a stale bread dish for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Everything is prepared very quickly. You can immediately turn on the oven, let it warm up to 200 degrees.
  2. Bread (I have a bran loaf) cut into cubes and measure 3 cups by volume. I cut off the crusts of bread, but you can leave it.
  3. Meat or sausage cut into cubes.
  4. We rub the cheese on a large grater. We leave 1/3 of the cheese, and send the rest of the cheese to a cup with bread and sausage.
  5. Add salt to eggs and beat. Be careful with salt - add depending on the salinity of cheese and sausage.
  6. Beat eggs until light foam. Add milk, stir.
  7. Pour the dry part of our dish with the egg-milk mixture, mix.
  8. Lay out in molds. You can use any molds: for cupcakes or muffins, paper or silicone, which you have.
  9. Top with a couple of slices of tomato and a pinch of cheese. By the way, salt the tomatoes a little.
  10. We send bread muffins with sausage, cheese and tomatoes to bake. It all depends on your oven, mine did it in 15 minutes.
  11. Bread muffins (or puddings) are ready! Appetizing aroma, look and taste!
