Breaded fried sausages (in a frying pan)

Sausages according to this recipe are breaded in eggs and flour, and then fried until a delicious golden brown. These lazy sausages in dough are great for a snack or a picnic - kids and adults will love it!

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
  2. Mix the eggs with a fork or whisk until smooth. Add curry and salt.
  3. We mix.
  4. We free the sausages from the shell and cut each lengthwise into 2 parts.
  5. Dip the sausage half in the egg mixture on all sides.
  6. Pour the flour into a bowl suitable for breading. Dredge half of the sausage in flour.
  7. After that, the sausage breaded in flour is dipped a second time in the egg.
  8. And then again bread the sausage in flour.
  9. We do this with all halves of sausages.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the breaded halves of sausages in the pan.
  11. Fry sausages over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  12. After frying, the sausages can be laid out on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  13. We shift the lazy sausages in the "dough" to a plate and serve. It can be served with a side dish or as an independent dish.
