Breaded turkey rolls with tomatoes and cheese

Breaded turkey rolls with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients

  1. Today I have turkey meat (breast fillet). The chicken is just as good here. The main thing is that the hlnb be well frozen.
  2. We clean the garlic.
  3. We cut the bird's breast into slices 0.5 cm thick and beat it with a rolling pin through the film. Salt the resulting fillet pieces, pepper and coat with crushed garlic through a press.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  5. For each piece of fillet lay out two circles of tomatoes.
  6. Cheese cut into cubes.
  7. We spread 6 sticks of cheese on top of the tomatoes.
  8. We wrap the fillet stuffed with rolls.
  9. Frozen bread rubbed on a coarse grater.
  10. Whisk eggs with salt with a fork.
  11. Add salt to flour, mix.
  12. Dip rolls with filling in flour (shake off excess), then dip in egg.
  13. And the grated frozen bread completes the breading.
  14. Fry the turkey rolls with tomatoes and cheese in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, 4-5 minutes on each side. Such breading in a pan absorbs little oil.
  15. Juicy meat, crispy crust, appetizing stretching cheese...
