Onion cut into cubes and sent to a frying pan with hot vegetable oil.
Saute the onion for 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
We chop the fleshy red peppers into small squares.
Chop sprigs of fresh parsley.
We combine minced chicken, sweet pepper, herbs, salt in a bowl, grind the mixture of peppers with the help of a mill. We mix.
Add fried onion and mix again. The filling for the brizoli is ready.
In another container, shake the eggs and milk, season a little with salt and pepper.
Place the minced meat filling with vegetables between two waffles. Press gently with your fingers.
We dip the wafer cakes with meat filling into the lezon (egg-milk mixture). Do not keep in liquid for a long time, waffles get soaked and torn very quickly.
Immediately sprinkle with flour on all sides.
We spread the brizoli with waffle cakes, tomatoes and herbs in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry the brizoli over low heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve homemade brizoli with waffles hot or slightly cooled.
