  3. Grate the cheese on a smaller grater.
  4. Put grated cheese to kefir.
  5. Add grated sausage and mix.
  6. Pour half the sifted flour (about 125 g) and baking powder.
  7. Mix.
  8. Finely chop the dill with a knife.
  9. Add chopped dill to the dough and add the remaining flour (125 g).
  10. Knead elastic, elastic dough. Let him rest for 15-20 minutes, covering with a towel so as not to wind.
  11. Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and roll into balls.
  12. Roll out thin cakes with a rolling pin.
  13. Heat about a quarter of the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lay out the cake. Fry over moderate heat until bubbles appear on the surface of the cake.
  14. After about 30-40 seconds, turn the cake over and fry on the other side until golden. Thus, fry all the cakes.
  15. Serve fried cakes with sausage and cheese to the table hot.
