For a festive table or just for dinner, you can cook squid stuffed with rice and vegetables.

  1. Boil squid for 2-3 minutes. in boiling water.
  2. Clean the squid from the film and entrails, cut off the "wings" and chop them finely.
  3. Boil rice separately.
  4. Grated carrots and chopped onion fry in vegetable oil.
  5. Add the frying and chopped "wings" of squid to boiled rice, mix. Stuff the squid with this stuffing.
  6. Fry the stuffed squid in a pan on both sides, 2-3 minutes each. from each side.
