  1. Cut green onion feathers into small strips, chili peppers into circles, finely chop garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and fry the chopped ingredients. They need to give their flavor to the oil.
  3. Break the broccoli into small florets and add to the pan. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the squid. I have two types of squid - carcass and already cut into circles. We remove the chitinous plate from the squid, make a longitudinal cut along the squid carcass and from the inside we make a mesh along the pulp with a knife, without cutting through the skin of the squid to the end.
  5. The squid carcass is then cut into small pieces.
  6. We shift the chopped squids into the pan and cook them for 7-8 minutes, stirring, until all the liquid has evaporated and the squids become soft.
  7. Add soy sauce and mix all ingredients well.
  8. Add the sesame seeds, stir again and remove the pan from the heat.
  9. Fried squid with broccoli served hot.
