Canape on the festive table (on crackers)

A quick and easy-to-prepare appetizer for the festive table - canapes on crackers, with sausage, cucumbers and eggs.

Ingredients

• Unsweetened crackers, round - 8 pcs.
• Hunting sausage - 1 pc.
• Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
• Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
• Mayonnaise - to taste
• Greens - for decoration

Directions

1. For a snack-canape on the festive table, cut a fresh cucumber into circles (8 pieces, according to the number of crackers).
2. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into circles (you will need 8 circles).
3. Cut the hunting sausage into circles (you will need 16 circles).
4. Place the crackers on a plate.
5. Lay egg slices on crackers, pickle on them.
6. Put about 1/3 tsp on the cucumber. mayonnaise, put 2 circles of sausage on top.
7. Canape on the festive table, decorate with greens.
