The recipe for a delicious hot mini appetizer is unusual canapes with beef liver, which are very good to serve at receptions or parties. Tender liver, fragrant apple, caramelized onion - delicious, satisfying and beautiful!

  10. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.
  11. In the pan in which we cooked the liver, fry the onion. Fry over medium heat, stirring for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown.
  12. IMPORTANT: It is impossible for the onion to burn or become very reddened, otherwise it will be bitter in the dish.
  13. Now lay out all the canapé ingredients in layers. Grease the bread with mayonnaise.
  14. Place an apple slice on top.
  15. Put a piece of liver and a little caramelized onion on the apple.
  16. Chop the parsley finely. Sprinkle each canapé with parsley. We fasten the layers of the canapé by piercing it with a skewer.
