Today we will prepare a fish canape with cucumbers and cheese. These sandwiches are perfect for buffet events.

  1. Cut off the required number of slices of black bread, cut off the crusts and edges, choose the shape and size of the crumb for yourself.
  2. Wash fresh cucumber, dry, cut into circles. Cut the gherkins into two parts, ordinary pickled small cucumbers are also suitable.
  3. Fry the cut slices of bread in olive oil until golden brown.
  4. Lightly salted pink salmon and sticks with crab meat cut into small pieces.
  5. Mix mayonnaise with tartar sauce, add a pinch of paprika and Provence herbs, mix everything.
