I cook vegetable canapes on a dried baguette. Such an appetizer scatters from the festive table in an instant, because canapes with vegetables are convenient, tasty and low-calorie.

  3. Cucumbers also cut into thin circles.
  4. Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
  5. Cut the red onion into rings.
  6. For the sauce, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  7. Put some sauce on the dried slices of bread, put potatoes, daikon, cucumber and onion in layers on top. You can add more sauce on top.
