Champignons with quail eggs (microwave)

A wonderful quick snack for guests - stuffed champignons in the microwave.

  1. Clean the mushrooms, remove the legs.
  2. Carefully remove some of the pulp from the caps. Grind it and mushroom legs.
  3. Fry chopped mushrooms in oil in a microwave-safe dish (2-3 minutes at 600 W power). Salt, add dried basil.
  4. Fill mushroom caps with prepared mushroom filling.
  5. Drive a quail egg into each mushroom cap (carefully so that the yolk remains intact).
  6. Put the champignons with quail eggs in the microwave. Cook champignons in the microwave for 4-5 minutes at a power of 600 watts.
  7. Wash and cut greens.
  8. Sprinkle champignons with quail eggs with herbs.
  9. Mushrooms in the microwave are ready, you can serve a snack to the table.
