Sprat pate made from cottage cheese mass and canned fish goes well with pieces of hard cheese. Pickled cucumbers give the appetizer a piquant taste and elegant look.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put sprats and curd mass in a bowl.
  2. Grind sprats and cottage cheese with cream (or ordinary cottage cheese, with which you can add a little butter) until smooth. To do this, we can use a blender or a fork.
  3. We cut hard cheese into pieces, approximately 2.5x3.5 cm in size.
  4. We spread the curd-sprat pate on a piece of cheese.
  5. Cover with a second slice of hard cheese. We make a pate ball and decorate canapes.
  6. At the next stage, lay out a thin slice of pickled cucumber and a sprig of watercress for a snack. Greens can be replaced with a leaf of mint, basil or a sprig of dill.
  7. We repeat the whole process with other cheese canapes with sprats and cottage cheese.
