Cut unsalted cheese into slices about a centimeter thick, dry with paper towels.
Whisk the eggs with a fork. If the egg is large, one will be enough.
Dip the cheese in the egg. If the cheese is too juicy, then it is better to roll it in flour, otherwise the egg will not hold.
Roll the cheese in the previously prepared breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, quickly fry the cheese until golden brown on both sides.
Serve crispy brynza with fresh tomatoes, sprinkled with black pepper and, if desired, paprika.
