Cheese Pizza with Broccoli

Pizza with two types of cheeses on a thin curd-butter dough with sour cream sauce and broccoli.

Ingredients

• Cottage cheese - 125 g
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Olive oil - 3 tbsp l.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour - 200 g
• Broccoli - 500 g
• Sour cream - 150 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Salt, pepper, nutmeg
• Mozzarella for pizza - 150 g
• Parmesan - 50 g

Directions

1. Knead the dough from cottage cheese, salt, butter, eggs and flour. Roll out and place on a greased baking sheet.
2. Dismantle the broccoli into inflorescences, blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, put on a sieve, pour over with cold water.
3. Beat the sour cream with the egg, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Grease the dough with sauce, spread the broccoli and sprinkle with grated cheese.
