A delicious appetizer roll - a delicate "cake" of grated hard cheese with eggs and sour cream and a juicy stuffing of minced chicken with the addition of fried onions. Preparing such a cheese roll with minced chicken is not difficult at all

  2. In the process of cooking, you will need foil.
  3. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Grate the cheese into a deep bowl.
  5. Add eggs and sour cream.
  6. Mix the mass until smooth.
  7. Line a baking sheet (approximately 30 x 40 cm in size) with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Pour in the cheese-egg mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until light golden.
  9. Clean the onion.
  10. Cut one onion into cubes.
  11. Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, 2-3 minutes.
  12. Make minced meat from the chicken breast and the second onion.
  13. And mix the fried onion with minced meat. Salt and pepper.
  14. Mix well, preferably with your hands.
  15. Remove the cheese cake from the oven, cool slightly and separate from the foil.
  16. Do not turn off the oven.
  17. Lubricate the cheese cake with a thin layer of minced chicken with onions.
  18. Wrap the cheese cake with the filling in a roll.
  19. Wrap the cheese roll with minced chicken in several layers of foil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, unfold the foil to get a golden crust.
  20. Cool slightly the finished cheese roll with minced chicken and cut into portions. Best served with fresh vegetables.
