Chicken breast with tomato-cheese filling, breaded, it turns out very tender and juicy. You can cook in the oven or in a pan!

  1. We cut each chicken fillet so that it opens like a book.
  2. Beat the fillet well through cling film to a thickness of 2-3 mm.
  3. To make the appetizer look appetizing, we cut out a circle from each broken piece of chicken meat.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
  5. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  6. We heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  7. Cut the tomato into circles, and the cheese into thin squares / triangles.
  8. Sprinkle chicken meat with salt, pepper and dry garlic. We spread on one half of the chop, alternating, slices of cheese and mugs of tomato.
  9. Sprinkle spices on top too.
  10. We close the filling with the second half of the breast. It looks like a meat patty.
  11. Gently dip the chicken meat in the egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
