A simple hot dish with an interesting combination of products - chicken fillet baked with prunes, apple and cheese. Marinate chicken fillet, stuff with prunes and apples, grease with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven. Simple culinary tricks to make it tasty, elegant, fast.

  1. In the process of cooking, you will need cling film and foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, paprika, turmeric, red hot pepper and salt.
  3. We wash the chicken fillet, dry it and carefully coat it with marinade on all sides.
  4. We spread the fillet in a separate container, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  5. After a while, turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  6. Pour prunes with boiling water for a few minutes. Drain the water, dry the prunes.
  7. We wash the apple, cut out the seed box. Slice the apple into thin slices.
  8. We rub the cheese on a large grater.
  9. We fold the foil of the desired size in half and grease with vegetable oil.
  10. We spread the pickled fillet on the foil and make 3-4 cuts across.
  11. We insert into the cuts one prunes and two apple slices.
  12. Lubricate the fillet with sour cream.
  13. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese.
  14. Carefully close the chicken fillet with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  15. Bake the fillet in foil for 20 minutes.
  16. Remove from the oven, carefully open the foil and bake the fillet for another 5-7 minutes.
