  1. Chicken fillet cut into long strips.
  2. Cut the garlic into slices.
  3. Add garlic and soy sauce to the chopped fillet, mix and leave the chicken to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds, paprika and curry seasoning. (There is no need to add additional salt to the breading, thanks to soy sauce, but if desired, you can add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.)
  5. After the chicken fillet has marinated, we bread each strip of chicken fillet in the prepared sesame mixture, after removing the garlic.
  6. We send chicken fillet in sesame breading to a frying pan with hot oil and fry over medium heat until cooked, a few minutes on each side.
  7. Chicken fillet in sesame breading can be served as an appetizer, or you can prepare a side dish of vegetables, and you will get an excellent main course.
