Chicken meat is widely used in cooking all over the world. Since it is very tender, nutritious and tasty. There are many delicious chicken dishes in French cuisine. One of them is chicken breast julienne, or, in other words, chicken breast in sour cream sauce.

  1. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Fry on it 400 grams of chicken fillet on both sides until a light blush. Put the fried meat on a board and leave to rest for a few minutes.
  2. While the meat is resting, fry the finely chopped onion in one tablespoon of butter until transparent.
  3. Prepare sour cream sauce. We put one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, melt it, add one tablespoon of flour, lightly sauté, making sure that the color does not change. Add 300 grams of sour cream, mix intensively, add one teaspoon of salt, mix again and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the fried chicken fillet into strips, combine with fried onions, mix, put in a ceramic pot or in any other dish suitable for baking.
  5. Pour in sour cream sauce, cover with a lid and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  6. We serve chicken breast julienne in a ceramic pot, or, serving on a plate, with fresh vegetables and vegetable salads. Bon appetit!
