The original second course is chicken fillet pizza with broccoli, corn and cheese. Pizza with a meat base will appeal to both children and adults. Even the most capricious pests will not pick out cabbage, but will gladly eat a piece of such meat pizza.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for making chicken fillet pizza. It is better to take the meat fresh, not frozen, so the dish will be more juicy.
  2. Drain marinade from canned corn.
  3. Separate the broccoli into small florets, no need to pre-boil.
  4. Clean the onion.
  5. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into as many plates as possible. I got 10 thin pieces from one breast.
  6. Put the fillet in a bowl, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Put the chicken fillet in the marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  7. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay the chicken fillet pieces on the parchment around, in the form of a pizza.
  9. Cut the onion into half rings and spread over the chicken fillet. Sprinkle with canned corn.
  10. Arrange small broccoli florets on top.
  11. Salt a little.
  12. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and spread on top of the onion, corn and broccoli filling.
  13. Finely chop the green onion diagonally and sprinkle the meat "pizza" on top.
  14. Send the chicken fillet with broccoli, corn and cheese to the oven for 20 minutes.
  15. Let the chicken fillet pizza cool slightly and transfer to a board or plate to serve.
  16. Serve chicken fillet, broccoli and cheese pizza hot, cut into portions.
  17. Juicy, tasty and healthy - that's what comes to mind after you try this wonderful dish!
