Chicken hearts in tomato-soy sauce

Chicken hearts in tomato-soy sauce are very tasty, soft and appetizing. This meat dish goes well with various side dishes - cereals, pasta, potatoes.

  1. We wash the hearts, remove the veins, excess pieces of fat. Then we cut each heart into 2 parts.
  2. We clean the onions and carrots. Onion cut into cubes. We rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. Then add carrots.
  4. Saute onions and carrots for about 5 more minutes.
  5. Then add the hearts to the pan.
  6. Fry for a couple of minutes until liquid begins to stand out from the hearts. After that, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the hearts for about 30 minutes.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  8. Add tomatoes, soy sauce and pepper to the hearts to taste.
  9. Fry hearts with tomatoes for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add salt to taste.
  10. Finely chop the green onion.
  11. Add green onions to the hearts.
  12. Stir and remove the pan from the heat.
